Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website, vehicle rentals, sales, repairs, and related services provided by Blue Car Group LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Services

Blue Car Group provides vehicle rental, vehicle sales, auto repair, maintenance, collision repair, and related automotive services. Specific terms may apply to individual services and will be disclosed at the time of transaction.


2. Rental Terms

  • Eligibility: Customers must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and meet insurance and payment requirements. 
  • Deposits: A refundable security deposit may be required at the start of the rental. Deductions may apply for damages, late returns, or violations of the rental agreement. 
  • Use Restrictions: Rental vehicles must not be used for unlawful purposes, off-road driving, racing, or subleasing. 
  • Additional Drivers: Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. An additional fee may apply for extra drivers. 
  • Return Policy: Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location. Unauthorized drop-offs or late returns may incur fees.
     

3. Vehicle Sales

  • Condition of Vehicles: All vehicles are sold “as is” unless otherwise stated in writing. Warranties, if offered, will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
    Title and Transfer: Blue Car Group will provide proper documentation for transfer of ownership upon completion of payment. 
  • Financing: Financing options may be available through third-party lenders. Terms and approvals are subject to the lender’s requirements.
     

4. Repair and Collision Services

  • Estimates: Repair estimates are provided in good faith but may change if additional damage or work is identified. 
  • Authorization: Work will not begin until the customer has signed an authorization. 
  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
  • Insurance Claims: For collision services, we may coordinate with your insurance provider. Final responsibility for payment remains with the vehicle owner.
     

5. Payments

  • Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit card, debit card, Zelle, and other approved methods. 
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of service, rental, or sale unless a prior agreement is in place. 
  • Transaction fees may apply for certain payment methods.
     

6. Liability

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or violation occurring during possession of a rental vehicle or while a vehicle is under service. 
  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Car Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of income, time, or business.

7. Website Use

  • Content on our website is provided for informational purposes only.
    Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is prohibited.
    We make no guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.
     

8. Privacy

Use of our services and website is also governed by our [Privacy Policy]. By using our website or services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.


9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, or terminate agreements at our discretion if a customer violates these Terms or engages in unlawful or unsafe conduct.


10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.


11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
